Professional Experience

Multiplayer FPS (NDA) - Unreal 5

I worked for 2.5 years as a Level designer, working closely with concept artists, environment artists and QA to implement multiple map areas.

I worked on:​

  • Blockout Implementation in Unreal 5

    • Implementing new mechanics and adapting the maps

Ignited Steel - Unity

I worked for almost 2 years developing Ignited Steel: an indie tactics roguelike about controlling a squad of mechs and travelling through space. Available on Steam.

I designed and programmed multiple main features such as:

  • Procedural Generation

    • Levels

    • Stellar Map

  • Enemy AI

    • Pathfinding

    • State Machines

  • Weapons

    • Firing patterns

    • Stats serialization and balancing

Level Design Projects

Ashfire - Open World Blockout

Sci-Fi base for a fictional open world game. I focused on the narrative purpose of the level and introduced the player to different factions and future combat areas.

Engine - Unreal 5

Time - 8 days

Sky Mage - Platformer Blockout

Linear platformer level in a fantasy world composed by floating islands. I used a premade character able to fly and worked around that skill to create different challenges and visually distinct areas.

RoboToy - Platformer Blockout

Linear platformer level inspired by Toy Story. I focused on creating a proper sense of scale and portray locations of everyday life from a different perspective.

Duality

Duality is a custom Doom 2 map focused on non-linearity and adaptive difficulty.

A small arcade game about drawing magic circles and surviving enemy waves. Made in around 4 days for GMT's game jam.

I'm a Game and Level Designer with 4+ years of professional experience and 1 shipped title. ​

Outside games, I'm especially interested in reading and writing. Whenever I can, I always try to find new stuff to learn about and try for myself . Lately, I've been into baking bread and doing more hand crafted stuff.
